MERCHANDISE-KEY REWARDS POLICY
Effective 2 June 2025 – supersedes all earlier versions

1. Why this policy exists

We want to thank players who buy physical products from our store—without opening the door to loopholes or abuse. This document explains in plain language (1) when you earn Merchandise Keys, (2) how you receive and use them, and (3) what happens if an order is returned or cancelled.

2. How to earn keys

Spend thresholds (per single checkout):

  • US $25.00–49.99 → 3 keys

  • US $50.00–99.99 → 7 keys

  • US $100.00 or more → 15 keys plus 3 extra keys for every additional full $25 you spend beyond $100

Example
• Spend $135 → 15 keys + 3 keys = 18 keys
• Spend $200 → 15 keys + (4 × 3 keys) = 27 keys

What counts toward the spend:

  • Any physical item we sell (apparel, collectibles, accessories, limited editions, etc.).

What doesn’t count:

  • Gift cards of any kind (digital or physical). Otherwise, someone could earn keys when buying a card and earn keys again when they spend it.

  • Tax, shipping, discounts, and store-credit redemptions.

Timing:
Keys are dropped into your LoverCraft network account within 72 hours after we confirm payment.

3. How to use keys

  • Enter the key either at checkout or in-game (where supported).

  • Each key is single-use; once redeemed, it disappears.

  • Keys cannot be stacked with other promo codes in the same transaction.

  • Keys expire 12 months after the day we issued them; expired keys cannot be re-issued.

4. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Full return – All keys from that order are void. If you already spent one, we reduce your refund by the retail value of the reward you kept or remove the reward from your account (or from the account holding it at that time).

  • Partial return – If the new order total falls into a lower tier, we cancel the “excess” un-used keys.

  • Order cancelled / payment fails / rejected for fraud – Keys are never issued or are voided automatically.

5. Preventing abuse

We may withhold or cancel keys—and suspend accounts—if we see:

  1. Bulk buying or reselling done only to farm keys.

  2. Multiple accounts created to dodge the spend tiers.

  3. Attempts to loop keys through gift-card purchases.

6. Policy changes

We can change, pause, or end this program at any time. If we do, we will post the update 14 days in advance on the store homepage. Any keys you already earned stay valid until they expire.
